Guatemala El Panal 100% ARABICA
We sourced the beans for this naturally processed coffee from the El Panal processing station in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala.
Huehuetenango is located at the foot of one of the highest mountain ranges in Central America - the Cuchumatanes. There are suitable conditions for a late harvest, it is of non-volcanic origin and it is the highest growing area in Guatemala. The area is protected from frost, which allows coffee to be grown up to an altitude of 2,000 meters above sea level.
Guatemala El Panal is grown at altitudes ranging from 1,300 to 1,650 m above sea level, which are conditions that give these coffee beans a full body with emphasized acidity and a very pleasant sweetness. Thanks to the roasting recipe created by our head roaster Vašek, nectarines, orange flower and a delicious milky texture can be felt in this coffee.
All you have to do is taste it, it's worth it :)
