Ethiopia – Ayla Sidamo FW Grade 1 offers not just an outstanding cup, but a story of transformation. Produced in Shantawene, Sidamo, by 800 smallholder farmers, the coffee is grown traditionally and processed meticulously: fermented for 36–48 hours, fully washed and dried on raised beds.

This lot delivers notes of apricot, creamy yogurt, and a subtle yet distinct hint of cardamom – complex and elegant.
Behind the coffee is Faysel Abdosh and Testi Specialty Coffee, whose impact extends beyond flavor: schools, clean water, and electricity are now part of this coffee’s origin.
