The Coffee Nougat Cream
The Coffee Nougat Cream is the result of a collaboration between a chocolate workshop, the MARCUS bar in Lanškroun, and the MOTMOT coffee roastery. The guys from MARCUS came up with the idea of creating a new, honest cream – and chose Marcus Blend coffee as the base, which we have been roasting exclusively for their bar since the very beginning.
Smooth nougat made from roasted almonds and cashews meets Belgian white chocolate and bold 100% Arabica coffee. The result is a cream with a full nutty flavour and a pleasant coffee note – smooth, intense and perfectly balanced.
Perfect with coffee, on pastries or simply enjoyed by the spoonful.
A small sweet moment that pairs beautifully with coffee.

Natural properties of the product
A layer of oil or white spots on the surface are natural and not a defect. This is fat bloom (fat crystallization), which is common in high-quality nut creams.
The consistency of the cream may vary depending on the ambient temperature. If you prefer a smoother texture, simply warm it for a few seconds and stir – it will become even creamier.
