El Salvador Los Angeles
The Los Angeles Farm is located in the Sonsonate region of El Salvador and is managed according to the principles of regenerative agriculture. Through careful soil management, the use of shade trees, and regular soil analysis, the farm produces coffees with exceptional clarity and sweetness. The producers work closely with the RENACER program, which promotes sustainable farming practices and the continuous improvement of coffee quality.
Only carefully selected ripe coffee cherries are delivered to the nearby Beneficio San Rafael processing station, where they are processed and subsequently stored under strictly controlled conditions. This Pacamara lot was processed using the anaerobic natural method, enhancing its remarkable sweetness, juicy fruit character, and exceptionally clean cup profile.
