Colombia Las Garzas
This special naturally processed coffee comes from Azahar Coffee Company and their partner farmers in Gaitania, southern Tolima. These farmers—most of whom continue a family tradition of coffee growing—are located at elevations between 1,700 and 2,000 meters above sea level and cultivate the varieties Colombia, Castillo, and Caturra. In this natural processing method, the coffee cherries ferment for 38 hours and are then dried for eight days on raised African beds.
It is one of the most amazing coffees we have come across at MOTMOT. Our head roaster perfected the recipe to heavenly heights, and thanks to that you’ll taste piña colada and plum jam in the cup. It is especially suitable for filter brewing, but it can also be prepared as espresso if you prefer. Either way, you’ll experience coffee nirvana.
